What Does Our Patient Co-Management Program Look Like?

At Tylock-George, we’ve made it our priority to work on the cutting-edge of vision improvement and patient care. That means providing the safest procedures using the industry’s most advanced technology.

Our Patient Co-Management Program is simple:

1. Patients undergo an initial evaluation with their eye doctor.
   1. The optometrist will need to complete a DFE (Dilate Fundus Exam) and cyclo refraction (Phenylephring and Tropicamide are fine)
2. From there, Tylock-George provides free preliminary testing and finalizes pricing with the patient. Dr. George performs the surgery and handles one follow-up appointment on the next day.
3. Patients then complete their follow-up care with their optometrist.
4. If the patient experiences any problems related to their procedure, simply send the patient back to see our team and we will address any concerns.
