Kyle McKinnon, Patient Director

Kyle attended the University of North Texas where he studied Business and Marketing. He has more than nine years of medical marketing experience with six of those years in LASIK and refractive surgery. Kyle has also been trained as an Ophthalmic Technician. With his thorough knowledge and expertise, Kyle guides his patients from the initial exam throughout the surgical process.

Patricia Estes, Office Manager

Ms. Estes brings more than 20 years of healthcare management experience to Tylock Eye Care and Laser Center. Ms. Estes' human resources experience has been centered around recruiting and hiring excellent clinicians and support staff to facilitate and support the physicians of the practice, as well as maintain fiscal responsibility. Ms. Estes is an effective manager who delivers consistent results.

Mercedez, Patient Education Coordinator

Mercedez's goal as a Patient Counselor for the Tylock Eye Care and Laser Center is to enhance the quality of your experience as a patient and help make your decision to undergo vision correction - one that you will value for a lifetime.

Monica Ward, Patient Coordinator

Monica has been in the medical field for more than 15 years. She started her career out as a paramedic, and has spent the last twelve years assisting with surgeries in the OR. Monica is new to the world of ophthalmology but like most medical professionals is excited to expand her medical knowledge and take on new challenges. Her goal as a patient coordinator is to help our patients make an educated decision and feel at ease about the vision corrective procedure they have chosen with Tylock Eye Care and Laser Center.
