Cataract Surgery in Dallas, TX

Leading Cataract Surgery Center in DallasChoosing who to trust with your vision can be intimidating — especially when your career depends on it. That’s why we don’t take it lightly that professional athletes and celebrities trust our cataract surgery and LASIK procedures to restore and improve their vision. No matter who you are or when you work with us, we’ll make sure you feel informed and taken care of every step of the way, from our first conversation about your options to your final follow-up appointment.

Pre and Post-Operative Care

When you trust Tylock-George for cataract care, precision and safety are two of our most important considerations. During our comprehensive pre-operative exams for cataract surgery, we cover your health history and eyes’ current condition to confirm that you meet all the eligibility requirements for the procedure. We’ll then look at several aspects of your eyes to determine which intraocular lenses will help you reach your visual goals, then walk you through your options and discuss the pros and cons of each.

Our post-op exams serve to monitor your recovery after surgery, both to confirm your surgical results and to make sure you can recover smoothly and comfortably.

Industry-Leading Cataract Surgery

Cataract surgery is relatively simple. It involves the removal of your eye’s cloudy natural lens and the restoration of your pre-cataract vision, but it has the potential to be so much more. We are proud of our experienced Dallas cataract surgery team, cutting-edge medical technology, best-in-class surgical suite, and our ability to help patients get the best possible outcome from their procedure.

At Tylock-George, we offer one of the largest selections of premium intraocular lenses (IOLs) in the region, which can improve your vision beyond where it was before being affected by cataracts. We take the time to evaluate your eyes and current vision, learn about your lifestyle, and use this information to find a lens option that will help you see clearly after surgery.

State-Of-The-Art IOL Options

If your vision is affected by myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness), or astigmatism, it’s highly likely that we have an advanced intraocular lens that can reduce your reliance on corrective eyewear after surgery. We offer top-of-the-line IOLs like the AcrySof® IQ PanOptix®, the only FDA-approved trifocal that corrects presbyopia and vision over multiple distances.

Some of our other options include TECNIS® multifocal, TECNIS Symfony®, Crystalens® AO, and ReSTOR®. And nearly all of our IOLs, including the PanOptix®, come in toric varieties designed to correct astigmatism.
