Eye Surgery in Arlington, TX
Everyone from professional athletes and celebrities to our friends and neighbors trust our industry-leading cataract and LASIK surgery to correct their vision and improve their quality of life, because we’ve spent years honing our craft and establishing our reputation. At our Arlington cataract surgery center, we make sure that your medical and personal needs are met during every step of your cataract surgery process, from working with you to select your IOL to your final post-operative follow-up.
Pre and Post-Op Care
To us, eye care means genuinely caring for each and every patient we treat. We provide comprehensive pre-operative exams for cataract surgery to ensure that you meet all the requirements for the procedure by going over your eye health history and your eyes’ current condition. We’ll also precisely measure your eyes to determine which IOLs may be best for you.
Following surgery, we conduct regular post-op exams to monitor your recovery. This allows us to confirm your surgical results — and to make sure you’re taken care of as your eyes heal and your vision changes for the better.
What Makes Our Arlington Cataract Surgery Different
We believe that cataract surgery should be more than just the removal of cataracts and restoration of your prior vision. Our Arlington eye surgeons have years of experience safely removing cataracts using the latest-and-best surgical technology, and we’re proud of our cutting-edge surgical suite.
But we also offer one of the widest selections of IOLs around. These various lenses can improve your eyesight even beyond your vision quality before cataracts, and we’ll evaluate your eyes, learn how you use your eyes day-to-day, and explore all potential IOL options prior to surgery so you can find the lens that best fits your eyes and lifestyle. No matter who we’re treating, it matters to us that we can help them meet their visual goals after cataract surgery.
Advanced IOL Options
Our diverse collection of IOLs can correct for myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness), presbyopia, and astigmatism, and can give our patients better vision than they’ve ever had. We’re proud to be able to offer exceptional IOLs like the only FDA-approved trifocal, AcrySof® IQ PanOptix®, which corrects presbyopia and improves vision over multiple distances.
Our other IOLs include TECNIS® multifocal, TECNIS Symfony®, Crystalens® AO, and ReSTOR®. Many of these options — Including AcrySof IQ PanOptix® — also come in toric varieties designed to correct astigmatism.
