Dr. Gary Tylock is a board certified Ophthalmologist that has dedicated his life to improving the vision of Dallas / Fort Worth residents. Throughout his 30 years of practice, Dr. Tylock has performed thousands of surgical procedures, and even spent 20 years as an “Associate Clinical Professor” at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas where he taught surgical techniques to ophthalmologists in training. He is also the former chief of staff at Pioneer Park Medical Center, a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and an active member of the American Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgeons and the International Society of Refractive Surgeons.
